... The crowning moment of the Program was the performance from LA VOLTA. It was pure pleasure listening to the Swiss. The sonority, the strong rhythmic precision, the inner freedom and something almost indescribable touched the innermost depths of the soul.
The young ensemble instantly conquered the hearts of the audience........................

La Volta's Latin music swings, their Early music is spirited, and their Bluegrass numbers are performed like top notch Nashville session players, albeit with an occasional German accented English remark thrown in for humor asking fellow players, „can we go a little faster?", as they increase to a break- neck tempo version of a bluegrass fiddle tune on mandolins.....
